Frequently asked questions
For samples, we charge a sample fee upfront; this will be credited to your first production order (provided the MOQ is met). For formal orders, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due before shipment upon completion.
Great question. We maintain strong partnerships with multiple fabric suppliers and offer a wide range of options—cotton, polyester, elastane (spandex), and nylon. We’ll recommend the best fabrics for your lingerie. For clients who are new to the lingerie category, we suggest visiting your local fabric market first to feel different materials in person and identify what you prefer.
We already possess BSCI/ISO/OEKO certificates and can provide you with lingerie products that comply with international regulations.
